What college classes should i take to become a naval fighter pilot?

-Summer is about to begin and next school year im going to be a junior in high school.

And this is when i start thing about my future more in depth. I decided i want to be a naval fighter pilot but i just dont know where to begin.

I know you have to go to college first. But i dont know what courses i should take, Or what i should do after my four years. If this is your goal, you should definitely go to a college that has a navy ROTC program (reserve officers training corps).

Here's the link to their website-- you can find schools that offer this and other information: https://www.nrotc.navy.mil/

If you go to 'program information --> navy --> pilots' you'll find some FAQs about flying for the navy as a career.

Good luck! There are probably other ways to reach your goal of being a navy pilot, but the ROTC will let you go to college while learning about the navy at the same time, and you'll be ahead of the game when you get out of school. Also, there are some great scholarship opportunities!I'm not too sure about the Navy's requirements, but i know the Air Force usually wants a technical degree; something like engineering. If this is what you want to do I would recommend looking into college ROTC's. Give them a call I'm sure they'll be glad to talk to you and let you know what you need to do. If you've got good grades there's always the US Naval Academy, or Embry-Riddle. Those are the top two producers of Naval officers. But realistically any college ROTC program should work for you. Start working out!
In college you'll need to major in a hard science (math, physics, computers, etc.)
