Why can't we use tiller wheel in FSX?

-In FSX, we steer the nose wheel of a plane either by using the yoke(like steering a car) or else by using rudder. Why can't we use tiller wheels like in real live aviation?FSX and other "airplane computer games" do not work like real airplanes -
